How to exchange
Message us
Send your order number and the item you want to exchange on WhatsApp within 7 days.
Send it back
We share the return address or arrange a pickup in Abuja. Pack the item with its tags.
We check it
Once it arrives, we inspect the piece and confirm your exchange within 2 working days.
Your new piece ships
Your replacement or store credit is sent and confirmed on WhatsApp.
The policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
- Sale items and custom or made-to-measure traditional pieces are final sale.
- Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is unavailable, we will offer store credit.
- Customers cover return delivery unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
